Alpine Glass & Aluminum was once known as Ondgo Construction. The company started with the primary service of carpentry under the ownership of Dean Maclean. As Ondgo grew, we specialized in interior/exterior wood doors, casing baseboards, and PVC windows.

Shortly after the company started Dean was introduced to the world of commercial glazing. His passion for this facet of the industry led to Ondgo taking on many of these types of jobs, making up 90% of all work performed. It was official, glass related commercial jobs were now the main focus for Ondgo. The name of the company was complicated to spell though and didn't quite encompass the direction of the company—Alpine was born.

Specializing in commercial and residential waterproofing, glazing, and caulking in provinces across Canada, Alpine has the experience to troubleshoot and inspect any leaking issues from minor to immense projects.    

 

Past projects and contracts Alpine’s team have worked on include: INTEX Aluminum & glass, Ocean West Construction, and work regularly with Kawneer, US Aluminium, and Alumicor products.  

 

Dean has worked on the West Coast for close to a decade on professional leak investigation with Ocean West, and has taken his foreman capabilities into commercial glazing. In the same position, Dean has independently trouble shot leaking and condensation issues, providing timely and efficient solution for large high-rise buildings of up to 30 floors. Enrolled in Manitoba’s CORE safety program, Alpine employs a team of up to 10 and holds safety and proper technique in the highest regard.
